本人比較偏好word版的簡(jiǎn)歷,因?yàn)槟壳笆盏阶疃嗟倪€是模板簡(jiǎn)歷,這樣看起來(lái)雖然清楚,但是在每天過(guò)濾不下100封簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候,附件中的簡(jiǎn)歷還是比較令人期待的。

- 個(gè)性有闖勁,最好還是不要用aggressive,中文感覺(jué)還可以但其實(shí)英文里這個(gè)詞是非常負(fù)面的,有暴躁的意思,不是優(yōu)點(diǎn)。用energetic或者spirited比較好
- 英文和中文一樣,標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)后要空一格,不要所有句子擠在一起

- 寫完后一定要去頁(yè)面設(shè)置去除多余的空白頁(yè)面,或者是orphan和widow現(xiàn)象,也就是單句的句子在頁(yè)面的最上面,最好是合并到前一頁(yè)
- 記得調(diào)整字體和大小,有些人的簡(jiǎn)歷除了不同顏色以外還用不同字體,就像是在不同網(wǎng)站上粘貼過(guò)來(lái)的,非常不專業(yè)。

(19) 不可抗力:賣方對(duì)由于下列原因而導(dǎo)致不能或暫時(shí)不能履行全部或部分合同義務(wù)的,不負(fù)責(zé)任:水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、干旱、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)或其他任何在簽約時(shí)賣方不能預(yù)料、無(wú)法控制且不能避免和克服的事件。但賣方因盡快地將所發(fā)生的事件通知對(duì)方,并應(yīng)在事件發(fā)生后15天內(nèi)將有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的不可抗力事件的證明寄交對(duì)方。如果不可抗力事件之影響超過(guò)120天,雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商合同繼續(xù)履行或終止履行的事宜。

(20) 仲裁:因履行本合同所發(fā)生的一切爭(zhēng)議,雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決,如協(xié)商仍不能解決爭(zhēng)議,則應(yīng)將爭(zhēng)議提交中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)(北京),依據(jù)其仲裁規(guī)則仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的,對(duì)雙方都有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)應(yīng)由敗訴一方承擔(dān),但仲裁委員會(huì)另有裁定的除外。在仲裁期間,除仲裁部分之外的其他合同條款應(yīng)繼續(xù)執(zhí)行。
